We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Area Cleaning Supervisor working full time to join our team to assist and support our Operations Manager with cleaning contracts in the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area pre-dominantly. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours – start and finish times will vary to include some ‘late’ finishes per week until 8 or 9pm so flexibility is required and absolutely key to this role. The role: Working across all of our clients sites you will ….

  • Provide cleaning cover for sick days and holidays
  • Complete staff training / development

Ensuring that ….

  • Cleaning standards are adhered to and H&S requirements are met
  • Any site issues are reported
  • Correct uniform / PPE is worn
  • Stock orders are delivered to site
  • Employees have a mentor
  • All training needs are highlighted and actioned
  • Site audits and reports are completed
  • There is an evening point of contact for operational issues
  • Operations run smoothly and are efficient as possible
