Quality Service Delivery Awards

This October our account manager, Sarah Perfect, had the pleasure of awarding our monthly quality service award to Lauren, one of our valued cleaning partners, for her commitment, reliability, hard work, and outstanding customer service delivery.

Lauren is responsible for providing an exceptionally high cleaning standard, with a keen eye for detail at an NHS office building in Hemel Hempstead, where district nurses, nurse managers and an administrative support team are based. A member of staff commented:

“Lauren has been exceptional in her abilities and communication since she started cleaning for us. She is always prompt and signs in on every visit. She has kept items well stocked and orders products in good time. Lauren is always keen to adapt or change how she works if we need something done differently for us. We always know when she has been in and cleaned.”

As a mark of our appreciation, Lauren was award champagne and chocolates at her places of work.
