Under current TUPE staff transfer legislation we are legally obliged to offer continued employment to any of the incumbent’s staff, should they wish to transfer. Existing employees also have the right not to transfer across, should they not wish to do so.

We would be delighted to take on board any member of the incumbents cleaning staff should they wish to transfer, for reassurance, all existing terms and conditions/contracts of employment, working hours and current renumeration is automatically protected under TUPE.

We supply all cleaning equipment, chemicals and materials required to carry out the work. In normal circumstances we charge in addition to supply refuse sacks, waste bin liners, soap, toilet rolls, paper products etc. however if you wish to supply these, we are more than happy for you to do so.

As a matter of principle, cleaners are fully trained in correct cleaning procedures, using colour coded cleaning cloths and equipment, correct storage of equipment and changing gloves between high risk areas is of paramount importance.

We also have a range of specialist range of products specifically designed to combat/kill infections.

Whilst working, the use of mobile phones is strictly forbidden, all our cleaners sign a declaration and agreement not to use mobile phones, failure to comply invokes disciplinary action being taken. 

Our cleaners will only be permitted to work set cleaning times and days of the week as agreed with the client. failure to comply invokes disciplinary action being taken. 

As a minimum, we guarantee monthly scheduled quality control checks, carried out jointly with the client, in addition we carry out scheduled and unscheduled visits on the cleaners to ensure all contracts obligations are fulfilled.

Our senior management team are available 24/7 ether by a telephoning our head office or contact via email. Open dialogue and communication between the client and ourselves is paramount to the continued success of the contract.

As part of their contract of employment, cleaning staff must provide us with adequate notice of booked holidays, enabling us to plan cover staff, the client would be automatically  informed of the name/s of any cover staff and we will carry out an site induction, prior to them carrying out their cleaning duties.

All staff are automatically provided with PPE, normally a corporate polo shirt or tabard.

Photographic ID cards are automatically provided and must always be worn for ease of identity.  

To reduce our impact on the environment we only use environmentally friendly multi-task dosage cleaning chemicals, reducing onsite usage, storage and transportation costs.

We hold 10 million pounds public and 5 million pounds employers liability insurance, including loss of keys and misuse of telephones.
