Joanne Youens

Managing Director

Joanne has worked in the cleaning industry for over 10 years. Having spent 20 years working in sales and account management, Jo is also a proficient coach and NLP Practitioner. With a vast knowledge of training and the customer service market, her experience extends to the media and retail industries too.

Jo is naturally people and client focused. She is a passionate and creative leader who loves to nurture and develop her teams whilst looking after the needs of her customers too.

In her spare time, Jo can be found enjoying life outdoors with her children and crazy Flat Coated Retriever. She also loves to cook, read and spend time by the seaside, whatever the weather!

Robert Spendelow

Business Development Manager

Robert has over 35 years’ experience within the contract cleaning and support services market, having achieved an enviable client portfolio of leading UK companies, schools and commercial businesses.

Robert is passionate about customer care and service delivery, utilising his past training and experience gained with an earlier career working for the John Lewis Partnership.

Robert has been married to his wife Alison for over thirty years, where they both enjoy visits to the seaside, flea markets, museums and have a keen interest in local and social history.

Robert is an ardent fan of the Dad`s Army tv series, and proud that his late father was also member of the `Home Guard` during the last war and took part in the liberation of Europe during D-Day.

For over thirty years he donated his much of his spare time working within the voluntary sector, in addition to raising money for charities, including the elderly and Barnardo’s.

Desmond Thomas

Operations & Area Manager

Desmond has worked in the cleaning industry for over 5 years. It became quickly apparent that Des has both the leadership qualities and skillset to run our very busy Operations Department, something he now does with ease.

Having started his career with Momentum as one of our Cleaning Supervisors, he brings his grass roots experience to the busy team of operatives he manages.

Des enjoys family time with his young son and  socialising with friends.

Dean Cable

Account Manager

Dean has over 25 years combined experience in Customer Services, Sales, HR and Recruitment. He started his career in Retail as a weekend shelf stacker!

In his spare time Dean designs prints for his clothing brand, which donates all profits to help protect our oceans. He is also passionate about playing golf and watching football at Stanford Bridge. He enjoys relaxing with his girlfriend and pets and when he can get away, you’ll find him on a beach, sunning himself in Spain!

Ron Payne

Area Manager

Ron joined Momentum FM in early 2020 and has covered both the service and office roles which has given a good working knowledge of the company and it’s highly rated services. Ron brings a wealth of experience in logistics & customer service from his many years in the Freight forwarding industry which he is transfering into his daily routine as Area Manager ensuring that the ship is steady, and airways are clear for take off.

In his spare time Ron likes to play Rugby Union and enjoys coaching & watching all levels of Rugby, Ron is also a family man with 6 children to keep him busy.

Arran Putman

Area Cleaning Supervisor

Arran has over 15 years’ experience within the cleaning Industry working in Domestic, Hospitality and most recently Healthcare.

Arran spends much of his time when not working spending days out with his wife and 2 children, and watching his daughter play football. In his spare time Arran can be found out fishing or down at Adams Park watching WWFC where he has been a season ticket holder for many seasons.

Charlotte Gibson

Area Cleaning Supervisor

Charlotte is a fun loving, energetic and appreciated member of the team. She brings her experience in the retail sector, hospitality and customer service to life in her role with Momentum. Her favourite pastime is her morning gym visit, never missing a day – commitment is a value that Charlotte holds dear! Charlotte loves to travel and has visited many countries of the world, from the Far East to the Americas. Not forgetting running a bar in Majorca for 5 years – with late nights and early mornings, Charlotte is certainly not shy of hard work!

Damian Cox

Area Cleaning Supervisor

Damian left the retail industry after 25 years to join Momentum where he had various roles from Sales Assistant to Department Manager. He brings a huge wealth of customer service experience and is very excited to share his skills!  

In his spare time he enjoys taking exotic holidays and trips with his family. He shares a hobby of collecting Pokémon cards with his young son, often visiting conventions in London. He enjoys watching and supporting his favourite football team, Aston Villa.

Fiona White

Operations & Administration Assistant

Fiona has many years’ experience in administration and is always really keen to learn and enjoys working as part of a team.

In her spare time she loves taking her two young boys out and enjoy walks by the river with the family dog.

Shelley Healy

Operations & Administration Assistant

Shelley has worked in an office environment for over 20 years and is super skilled at keeping the Momentum ship running – organising the teams schedules and rotas and making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time!

In her spare time Shelley likes to relax with a good book and look after her pooch Rocco. Not to mention keeping order within her hectic family life (including 3 kids!) and finding a spare moment to enjoy a glass of Prosecco or two!

Siobhan Price

Sales Administration

In her spare time Siobhan loves to travel and has ambitions to visit all 50 states in the USA. She loves entertaining, socialising and is often the last on the dance floor.
